Excellent customer service! Great mechanical workmanship, honest assessments and very reasonable pricing. I trust Kilby's to take care of all of our vehicles. They've always been wonderful to work with — if I could give 10 stars I would!

Recently my 19 year old car needed some major maintenance. I had a wonderful experience working with them. They have shown to be very knowledgeable. Additionally, they are great at communicating all along the way (phone calls and texts). Finally, their price is extremely fair.

You hear about scams of mechanics taking advantage of people. That's not going to happen with Jeff — he had quoted me a price to have the work done months before I took it in and he stuck to that price.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service on my daughter's van. From scheduling an appointment, to diagnostics, to communication, the quick repair, and warranty. Top notch service.

Jesse was great! He is honest and trustworthy and gave my car a diagnostic on the morning of NYE. No charge! He ended up advising us to go to the dealer since our car was still under warranty and even gave us a name of the mechanic at the dealer to talk to.

Took my car in thinking it had a fuel pump issue. To both our surprise it was only a battery issue. Some shops would lie at this point and over charge you for things that didn't need to be fixed. They even fixed something on my clutch for free.

Excellent service, fair pricing and quality work. Made everything simple and painless, including getting towing set up for me. I highly recommend.

Best shop in town! A+ customer service. They kept me informed of all the work being done on my '71 C/10's A/C system. Quality work at a fair price.

They were professional, fast and seemed more than fair with price. Our A/C was acting up on our VW Jetta and while they could not repair it they were honest and helpful. We did not have to wait long to get our issue diagnosed.

Kilby Auto was able and willing to assist while on vacation to Hot Springs. My car needed an oil change and had an oil leak that required 2 visits to get it corrected. They got it fixed and they stand behind their work!
