Kim and Jeff Kilby opened Kilby Automotive in 2004 as a family-owned shop, and it has done reliable repair work at fair rates ever since. Jeff was a dealership-trained technician for 23 years before he opened his own doors. He was born and raised right here in Hot Springs.
That shows in how the shop runs. You talk to the people doing the work. You get a diagnosis before a quote, and a quote that holds. If a repair isn't worth it on the vehicle you have, you'll be told. If the dealer should cover it under warranty, you'll be told that too.
