Searching from downtown Hot Springs, Garcia's, Arkansas Automotive and Mike's take the three map spots. You're twelfth. For “brake repair” and “check engine light” you're not in the first twenty, even though brakes and diagnostics are two of the four things your site is about. Google isn't reading those pages — they haven't changed since 2019 and have no structured data behind them.

1Your domain. kilbyautomotive.com was registered in May 2019 through the same registrar Hibu uses, and it's transfer-locked. Before anything else we confirm the domain is in your name, not theirs.
2Names and numbers. Your Reader's Choice ad names you and Kim, so the new site does too. Say the word if you'd rather it didn't. And “38 years’ experience” has been on the site since 2019 — tell me today's number and that's what goes up.
3Where chats go. The new site has a chat bubble. Texts and chats land on a phone at the shop — which one?
4Hibu. Nothing is cancelled until the new site is live on your domain and you've seen it there. I handle the switch.
